To ensure that we uphold our community standards, we kindly request all members to review the guidelines, not just the common violations such as the placement and storage of trash cans, recycling bins, and utility trailers, as outlined in the CC&Rs.

Here are some key points to keep in mind:

1. Trash Cans and Recycling Bins:
• Place trash cans and recycling bins out for collection only for designated days.
• Store them in a discreet location out of sight from the street when not in use.
• 4.10 Trash: 4.10.1 “Trash cans must also be stored out of sight at all times.”

2. Utility Trailers:
• Park utility trailers on HOA-approved designated surface areas or inside garages.

3. Property Maintenance
• 4.7 Maintenance: 4.7.1 – “Your lawns, grounds, and garden areas should be maintained and look aesthetically appealing at all times.”

4. “No billboards, signboards, or other advertising contrivance or medium shall be erected or maintained on any Unit.”.
